My approach to pain & injury.

Rehab isn’t about quick fixes or rushing the process — it’s an opportunity to come back better, stronger, and more resilient than before.

 

My approach focuses on building lasting strength, improving how you move, and giving you the tools to stay pain-free and performing, well beyond your injury.

 

We start by understanding three things:

 

  • What’s happening and why

  • What you currently can and can’t do

  • Where you want to get back to

From there, we work backwards to design a plan that fits you — whether you're dealing with a new injury, ongoing pain or working towards full performance.

 

I use objective testing and regular check-ins to track progress, adapt as needed, and make sure we keep moving forward.

 

You’ll get 1-2-1 support and clear guidance — but also the knowledge to take ownership of your rehab and feel confident in the process.

Traditional rehabilitation often stops at a quick consultation and a sheet of exercises, which simply isn't good enough.

 

That's why my approach is different.

I combine expert 1-2-1 coaching with advanced technology to deliver a smarter, more structured process — tailored to you and your goals.

 

Here's how:​

  • Objective Testing: Using tools such as the VALD Dynamo, we assess strength and movement to identify your starting point, monitor progress and guide decisions with accurate data.

​

  • Personalised Programming: Your plan is fully customised and delivered through the FITR app, so you always know what to do, how to do it, and how to progress — whether you are at home or in the gym. Updates can also be made as needed.

​

  • Ongoing Support: I remain connected with you through the app to provide feedback, support and accountability between sessions.

​​

  • Clear Progress: Regular retesting shows what is improving and where to focus, keeping your rehabilitation efficient, motivating and based on objective data, not guesswork.

OneGym Cheshire is my main base for in-person appointments and provides me with the perfect private setting to work 1-2-1 with clients to assess, treat and help them overcome their injuries.

There is private parking available for the duration of all appointments.

I am located at Core Gym Oswestry (SY10 8GA) every Tuesday & Wednesday for in person appointments.​
