Jon Shield
Professional Endurance Athlete
"Harry is very knowledgeable, and I thoroughly recommend him."

Anthony Beckwith
Ultramarathon Runner
"I’ve been seeing Harry monthly for several years now... His expert advice on strength, conditioning, and injury management has helped me progress from running a half marathon to completing multiple ultra marathons — a journey I couldn’t have made without his support.
Harry’s service is second to none. He’s not only incredibly knowledgeable but also one of the kindest, most helpful people I’ve met. I trust him completely and wouldn’t go to anyone else."

Sammy Stevens
Marathon Runner
I was having knee problems when I reached out to Harry, he identified the problem and suggested exercises to do which helped get rid of the pain and got me back on track with my running, I highly recommend harry.

About me
Harry Evans, BSc (Hons)
Since graduating from Leeds Beckett University with a BSc (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Therapy, I have spent the last 5 years dedicating myself to helping athletes return from injury and excel in their sport.
During this time, I have successfully worked with hundreds of athletes from a wide range of sporting backgrounds and abilities, from recreational to an elite-level.
Whilst in pursuit of becoming the best coach I can be, in September I committed to studying an MSc in Strength and Conditioning at Manchester Metropolitan University and alongside my studies, I am also working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with the University's Men's and Women's Rugby Union Performance Squads.
